THE ROLE
We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join ARKANCE on a 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity leave cover).
This role can be based in Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne.
As a
Project Coordinator
, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects ensuring effective planning, coordination and communication across internal teams and clients. This role is responsible for driving project administration, maintaining accurate records, monitoring progress, and ensuring all milestones and deliverables are achieved within agreed timeframes and budgets.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage project documentation and records across SharePoint and Salesforce/MC.
- Support project initiation, kick-off activities, and resource coordination.
- Track project progress, monitor milestones, and prepare stakeholder updates.
- Oversee accurate and timely billing events through the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate client communication, milestone reviews, and delivery of final outputs.
- Ensure smooth project closure, including obtaining client sign-off.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientated Project Coordinator who can hit the ground running. You'll bring:
- 2-3 years experience ideally in a professional services/technology implementation environment
- 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or PMO support.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Salesforce, SharePoint, MS Project).
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confidence in working with client and cross-functional teams.
- Availability to commit to a 12-month contract.
