More about the Role

  • Prepare Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS) and Traffic Management Plans (TMP) as required.
  • Allocate daily traffic controllers and resources to projects across Sydney/NSW.
  • Liaise with supervisors, clients, and field staff to ensure jobs are resourced and compliant.
  • Manage rostering, scheduling, and last-minute changes.
  • Building and maintaining positive and cooperative relationships with client representatives
  • Excellent Communication and customer service skills, capable of interacting effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Australian traffic management standards, council permit processes, and construction industry safety requirements
  • Safety: Perform comprehensive site risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards

About You

  • Previous experience in traffic allocations, rostering, or workforce scheduling.
  • Knowledge of traffic management operations and TfNSW standards.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Word: Excel, Traffio, Invarion Rapid Plan, etc
  • Have a good understanding of the Sydney roads network
  • Be highly organised, a problem solver and excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Work well under deadlines
  • Be available full time, site/safety visits will be required from 7am
  • Can drive
