Retro Traffic has just been recognised as the Traffic Management Company of the Year, and we're still growing We're on the lookout for experienced Traffic Controllers, Team Leaders ,TMA Drivers and Tunnel Traffic Controllers to join our Sydney-based team in Rydalmere and help deliver high-quality outcomes for key infrastructure and utility clients.

About the Opportunity

Due to recent major project wins and an exciting growth phase, we are looking for the best in the industry to come join our growing team and work on some of the biggest projects in Sydney.

We are looking for Traffic controllers with Tunnel experience to join us in the tunnels, with great locations in North Sydney and Rozelle

Required Tickets and Qualifications:

  • Valid General Construction Induction (White) Card
  • Valid TCR (Traffic Controller) & IMP (Implement Traffic Control Plans) Card
  • Valid PWZ (Prepare Work Zone Traffic Management Plan) Card - Team Leaders Only
  • Operate TMA Ticket - TMA Drivers only
  • Medium Rigid (MR) or Heavy Rigid (HR) License - TMA Drivers only
  • Flexibility with regard to rostering of shifts.
  • Current Australian Driver's License (must be willing and able to drive)
  • Previous, proven experience as a Traffic Controller

Highly Desirable :

  • Excellent work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills with a polite, courteous manner.
  • Initiative with willingness to learn and follow instructions.
  • Fit Test (Tunnel)
  • Own Gum Boots and Cap lamp (Tunnel)
