ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning person to join our Team at our Darwin site. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. Your key responsibilities would include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Data entry (booking in) of assets and equipment (Cars, Trucks, Civil Machinery, Caravans) - entering the make, model and serial number of all incoming assets into our system
- Take photographs of the assets to ensure customers have an accurate image of the stock for sale (training provided)
- Ensure WHS standards are upheld and managed as per WHS policies
- Monitor and manage stock location, stock audits, asset movements and workflow
- Ensure all KPI's are met in line with asset sales channel and vendors requirements
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure that our common goals are achieved
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
- A proven track record in operations, ideally with experience in the auction or automotive industries
- Self-motivated with a hands-on, can-do attitude
- Adaptable and flexible in fast paced environments with an attention to detail
- Ability to engage and motivate others with strong people skills
- Competent verbal and written communication skills
- Competent MS Office skills and the ability to learn our user-friendly auction system
- Demonstrated understanding of WH&S regulations
- Current/valid manual Driver's licence (essential)
- Current/valid Forklift licence (desirable)
