We are looking for an experienced Insurance Claims Dispute Officer to join our team. In this role, you'll take ownership of internal dispute resolution for property insurance claims, ensuring every matter is reviewed thoroughly, resolved fairly, and communicated clearly.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Reviewing property insurance claims that have entered the internal dispute resolution (IDR) process.
  • Analysing claim details, policy wordings, and supporting evidence.
  • Drafting well structured dispute responses in line with legislation, policy terms, and best practice.
  • Liaising with claimants, insurers, and internal teams to clarify details and resolve issues.
  • Closing claims efficiently and ensuring all records are accurate and compliant.
  • Identifying trends in disputes to help improve processes and reduce recurrence.
What We're Looking For
  • Previousinsurance claims management experience(property insurance preferable).
  • Strong knowledge of internal dispute resolution processes and relevant industry regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex matters simply.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
  • A customer focused mindset with a commitment to fairness and transparency.
