Your Role
As a Claims Resolution Specialist, you'll investigate complex and escalated insurance claim complaints, working closely with members, third parties, and internal teams to resolve disputes fairly, transparently, and in a timely manner. You'll manage a portfolio of disputed claims, provide expert guidance, and act as a conduit between key stakeholders—ensuring member feedback informs continuous improvement across the business. 

This full-time opportunity based in Meanjin (Brisbane) offers a hybrid work environment with core hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm, with flexibility across the team to support work-life balance.

About You

•    Experienced in insurance, complaints resolution, or complex claims management

•    Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

•    High level of empathy with a passion for delivering fair and transparent outcomes

•    Proven ability to analyse complex information and make sound decisions

•    Confident working with stakeholders at all levels and managing competing priorities
