The Role
We are seeking a
Senior Analyst - Reporting
to drive financial reporting and analysis and elevate executive decision-making across the business. This role is central to shaping the company's financial narrative and fostering strong partnerships across the business.

Reporting to the Manager Planning & Reporting, you will

  • Provide consolidated reporting (actuals and estimates) to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership and the CFO, communicating monthly, YTD and FY financial position
  • Manage key models utilised in the financial forecasting process
  • Support delivery of financial analysis to support Senior Leadership engagements
  • Conduct routine performance analysis to provide insights into financial performance and trends
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in estimate, analytics and reporting
  • Support transition and lead utilisation of consolidated accounting software (Tagetik)

What You'll Bring

  • A tertiary qualification which includes Finance or Accounting as major subjects (CPA, CA, CIMA, MBA), or equivalent
  • Proven experience +7 years in senior finance roles with a demonstrated understanding of business processes
  • Ability to engage, influence and form productive relationships spanning several layers in the organisation
  • Demonstrated experience coaching and supporting others, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial and non-financial information to senior leaders
  • Strong MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint presentation skills to enable communication
  • Ability to meet competing deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
