About the Role:

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for branding, digital media, and strategic communication? We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Communications Officer to lead and coordinate our marketing efforts across web, social media, print, and branding platforms. This full-time, fixed term role reports to the Chief People Officer and plays a key part in promoting our services and enhancing our brand presence.

You'll be at the heart of our communications strategy - developing compelling content, producing high-quality marketing collateral, and supporting key business functions like bids and tenders. You're confident working across multiple platforms and can juggle competing priorities with ease. You're a natural communicator, both written and verbal, and you know how to tailor messages to different audiences.

You're also tech-savvy, with advanced skills in Creative Suite and digital tools, and you're ready to take ownership of projects that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create and manage content for social media and the company website.
  • Design and produce marketing and promotional materials.
  • Support bid and tender submissions with branded collateral and formatting.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop case studies and showcase key projects.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications.
  • Organise and manage company events.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field, and/or 3+ years' experience in marketing or advertising.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.), WordPress CMS, and MailChimp.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and a creative mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with SEO and website content management is a plus.

  • Birthday leave and flexible work arrangements
  • Study assistance and professional development opportunities
  • Top-up paid maternity and paternity leave
  • Annual $250 wellbeing subsidy
  • Reward and milestone recognition programs
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Generous referral bonus scheme

If you're a creative communicator with a passion for storytelling and brand building, we'd love to hear from you. Join Premise and help shape the voice of a company that's making a difference in local communities.
