We hire for careers, not project life. CPB Contractors has more than 50 major infrastructure projects in delivery, across all key sectors of the construction industry, including roads and bridges, rail, tunnelling, defence, airports, buildings and resources, providing you with career opportunities for years to come.
The Project

- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely, quality delivery
- Uphold CPB's safety, environmental, and quality standards in all aspects of on-site operations
Requirements for this role are:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Construction Engineering (or equivalent)
- Site-based experience on major infrastructure or civil projects
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies, safety standards, and project documentation
Why Join CPB?
