CPP Civil
CPP have a dedicated in-house Civil construction department that plays a critical role in project delivery, providing scoping, estimating, management, and construction of civil works across transmission lines, renewables, and utility projects—giving us greater control over key project components.

Our capabilities include access tracks, roads, structural foundations, cable trenches, conduits, oil containment, and site infrastructure such as laydown areas and facilities. We also manage bulk earthworks, drainage, fencing, and signage, ensuring seamless integration of civil works into every project we deliver.

The Opportunity
As we enter an exciting phase of delivering multiple EPC projects, we are seeking a Civil Project Engineer to join our rapidly growing team.

In this role, you will support the delivery of high-voltage projects by assisting with project management, contributing to civil design development (primary and/or secondary), supporting procurement, and providing on-site construction and commissioning assistance. You will also be involved in implementing quality systems, preparing ITPs/ITCs, assisting with tendering, reporting, and ensuring all civil construction works are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification. This position provides critical operational support to both Project Managers and Site Managers throughout the project lifecycle.

About You
Desired Skills and Experience
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Possess

• Demonstrated experience as a Civil Project Engineer on High Voltage construction, particularly BESS or Substation projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Working knowledge of the High Voltage infrastructure industry, including project management, design, procurement, construction and commissioning knowledge
• Knowledge of MS Project and Project Management principles
• High level of attention to detail
• Proven ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
• The ability to solve problems and make good decisions in a timely manner, consulting others when appropriate
