We're looking for an experienced Employee Relations Business Partner who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. This newly created role is perfect for a self-starter who brings depth of expertise to a growing function with huge potential.

What you'll do
  • Lead enterprise bargaining negotiations and partner with the ASU to ensure fair and constructive outcomes.
  • Coach and enable people leaders to have courageous conversations that drive performance, accountability and growth.
  • Act as the trusted advisor on complex ER and IR issues, ensuring compliance with labour laws, our Enterprise Agreement and best practice.
  • Shape and implement strategies, policies, and training programs that strengthen our culture and maturity across the business.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to influence positive change, elevate leadership capability and support employee engagement.
What you'll bring
  • Proven experience in ER/IR, ideally in a professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of workplace law, industrial instruments, and bargaining processes.
  • Confidence to work directly with unions and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving.
  • Courage, empathy, and excellent communication skills.

Base pay range: A$150,000.00/yr - A$170,000.00/yr
