Allstar Graphics is on the hunt for a Press Operator to join our growing screen printing team. Whether you're experienced or brand new to the industry, this hands-on, fast-paced role will teach you real skills, using world class equipment, in a supportive, creative environment.

We print custom apparel for brands, businesses, events, teams—you name it. If you're reliable, detail-focused, and eager to learn, keep reading.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Operate automatic and manual screen printing presses (training provided)
  • Assist with job setups and print runs
  • Help with screen prep, coating, and reclaiming
  • Mix inks and match colours to PMS specs
  • Contribute to machine upkeep and workspace organisation

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong work ethic and a sharp eye for detail
  • Ability to work quickly without compromising quality
  • Hands-on learner with a positive attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving production space
  • Previous print experience is a plus—but not required
