The Role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Embellishment Machine Operator to join our skilled production team.

This hands-on role involves operating and maintaining specialist embellishment equipment to produce high-end decorative label finishes such as:

  • Hot foil stamping
  • Embossing/debossing
  • Screen printing
  • High-build varnish or tactile finishes

You'll play a key role in ensuring our premium labels reflect the craftsmanship and quality Signature Labels is known for.


About You

Work Ethic

  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, detail-oriented production environment
  • Strong initiative, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship
  • Flexibility to work across day and afternoon shifts

Skills & Experience

  • Experience operating foiling, screen printing, or other embellishment machinery
  • Label printing or packaging industry experience highly regarded
  • Trade qualification in printing or packaging (preferred but not essential)
  • High standards for accuracy, finish, and quality control
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to learn — training provided on specific machinery
