Paid Media Specialist
to join our team and lead paid strategy and execution across multiple internal brands and ventures.

The Role

We're looking for a
Paid Media Specialist
with deep expertise across
Meta and Google advertising
who can combine creative thinking with data-driven decision-making. This is an opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of businesses — from hospitality growth and online food delivery optimisation to talent consultancy and brand building — and own the paid strategy that powers them all.

You'll work closely with our creative, content, and strategy teams to plan, build, and optimise campaigns that drive growth, engagement, and conversions. You'll be instrumental in shaping how our brands scale online and will play a critical role in delivering measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:
    Plan, build, and execute paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, aligned with the goals of each internal brand.
  • Creative Collaboration:
    Work closely with creative and content teams to guide ad creative development, ensuring assets are performance-driven and aligned with platform best practices.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimisation:
    Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance. Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to continually increase ROI.
  • Full-Funnel Approach:
    Develop and execute full-funnel strategies from awareness to conversion, tailored to the audience and objectives of each brand.
  • Budget Management:
    Own and manage paid media budgets across multiple brands, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum return on ad spend.
  • Testing & Innovation:
    Lead structured testing and experimentation across platforms, creative variations, and targeting strategies to continuously improve results.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    Work alongside brand, strategy, and leadership teams to align paid efforts with broader business goals and growth plans.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends:
    Keep up to date with the latest platform updates, trends, and algorithm changes to ensure we're always ahead of the curve.

What About You?

You're a performance marketer who understands that great results come from the intersection of
creative thinking and strategic execution
. You're passionate about building campaigns that convert, not just ads that look good. You're as comfortable deep in Ads Manager and Google Ads dashboards as you are brainstorming creative angles with a design team.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience:
    3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across
    Meta and Google Ads
    .
  • Creative-Performance Balance:
    Proven ability to connect creative direction with paid performance outcomes.
  • Data-Driven Mindset:
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, uncover insights, and make informed decisions.
  • Strategic Thinking:
    Experience developing full-funnel paid strategies that align with broader marketing and business goals.
  • Testing & Iteration:
    Strong track record of testing, learning, and scaling campaigns based on performance data.
  • Collaboration Skills:
    Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, content, and brand strategy teams.
  • Multi-Brand Experience (Bonus):
    Experience working across multiple brands or business units simultaneously is a plus.
