Atom Resources is proud to be working exclusively with one of Australia's leading Tier 1 Electrical Contractors to recruit multiple Electrical Site Foremen and Site Managers for high profile commercial construction projects across Sydney.

The Role:

As an Electrical Site Foreman or Site Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of electricians and subcontractors, reporting directly to the Project Manager. You will be responsible for the full on-site delivery of commercial construction, fit out, and refurbishment projects, ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard.

Your Background:

  • Minimum 4 years as a licensed electrician in commercial construction
  • Proven experience managing site teams of up to 15 people
  • Strong track record delivering multi floor commercial projects, major fit outs, and refurbishments
  • Current NSW Electrical Contractor's Licence
  • Valid Australian Driver's Licence
  • High level communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong focus on safety, compliance, and attention to detail

  • Leadership skills to drive performance and maintain quality
  • The ability to coordinate trades, liaise with builders, and keep projects on track
