THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: OUR OPPORTUNITYWe're looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to manage our national estimating team, responsible for quotation support across door hardware and automation projects. The nationalised team is newly established and with that comes the ability to influence and to play a hands-on role. You will help guide a high-performing team, some of which will be remote to you. You will ensure quote accuracy and compliance, whilst shaping a consistent process across the nation.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Lead and support a national estimating team (some remote) to deliver accurate and timely quotes
• Set clear performance goals and provide regular coaching and support
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements for smoother quoting workflows
• Manage escalations and guide the team to practical, customer-first outcomes
• Foster strong engagement and cohesion across an estimating team - both local and remote
• Deliver reporting and insights to support ongoing quoting success

YOUR SKILLSYou're an experienced leader in estimating or sales support, ready to step into a pivotal role in a fast-paced environment. You're organised, technically capable, and passionate about developing people and processes.

• 1-2 years' experience leading or mentoring a quoting, estimating, or project support team
• Strong understanding of construction/project quoting - ideally in door systems, automation, or similar
• Confident managing remote teams and building team culture across locations
• Organised, solution-focused, and driven to improve how things are done
• Working knowledge of Salesforce (highly regarded)
• Strong communicator with solid technical know-how
• Ability to foster collaboration across departments and ensure a high standard of deliver
