About the role

As a Financial Adviser at Tribeca, you'll manage relationships, provide strategic advice, and mentor emerging talent in our Associate Adviser program. You'll work with both new introductions and existing clients, delivering advice that aligns with their goals and values.

Key responsibilities

You will:

  • Build trust quickly with new clients through introductions from Marketing and Senior Advisers.
  • Lead Discovery and Strategy Appointments to understand client goals and design tailored financial plans.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through
    Coaching Engagements
    and
    Annual Planning Appointments
    .
  • Provide advice and sign off on high-level client strategy.
  • Mentor and guide Associate Advisers to develop their skills and client service approach.

About you

You are:

  • A qualified and experienced Financial Adviser with relevant industry certifications (e.g. FASEA compliance).
  • Skilled in building rapport, trust and meaningful relationships with diverse clients.
  • Confident in delivering both strategic and technical financial advice.
  • A natural mentor who enjoys helping others grow.
  • Organised, proactive, and committed to continuous learning.
