About the Role
• Lead process mapping and documentation initiatives across key member-facing and internal functions
• Collaborate with Finance and other departments to gather business requirements and deliver actionable insights
• Suppoert business case development for new projects and system improvements
• Partner with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance and Operations
• Contribute to project planning, testing, and change management activities
Skills & Experience
• CPA/CA qualification desired but not essential
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst capacity
• Proven experience collaborating with non-finance teams and delivering value
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
