Leading Bank seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Financial Crime, AML, and Regulatory Compliance to drive strategic initiatives, shape innovative solutions, and ensure alignment with global regulatory standards.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end business analysis for financial crime and AML transformation programs.
  • Gather and translate regulatory and operational requirements into actionable business solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Compliance, Technology, Risk, and Operations.
  • Design and document robust process models, workflows, and data flows to strengthen financial crime controls.
  • Support implementation and continuous improvement of transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, KYC/CDD, and suspicious activity reporting systems.
What We're Looking For
  • 5 years as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Financial Crime, AML, or Compliance domains.
  • Proven experience delivering complex change projects in a financial services environment.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., FATF, BSA/AML, OFAC, FCA).
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with AML systems and technologies (Actimize, FIRCOSOFT, or equivalent) is a plus.
