We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Asphalt Supervisor to join a leading company specialising in all Civil Works. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career and join a company that allows progression. This role will be both local and regional WA based so you must be willing to travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage an Asphalt crew
  • Liaise with clients and sub-contractors to ensure effective communication
  • Cooridnate shifts to ensure deadlines are met
  • Train and mentor all team members
  • Promote a Zero Harm approach to safety
  • Create a positive work environment

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Experience on main roads WA jobs
  • Experience leading your own crew
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
