We are an international Facilities Management organisation looking for Experienced Supervisors at Catering site near Brisbane Airport. 

The ideal applicants will be well presented, proactive and able to work well on their own and in a team. They will also be able to use their initiative in their daily routine to provide services that are of a high standard.

Role:

1x FT Monday to Friday 0600 to 1400

1x FT Sunday to Thursday 2100 to 0500

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Lead by example by actively participating in cleaning tasks alongside the cleaning team
  • Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory
  • General cleaning, sweeping, mopping & vacuuming
  • Cleaning of all scullery dishes, benchtops and kitchen areas including cold rooms
  • Oversee and manage the daily cleaning operations
  • Train and supervise cleaning staff
  • Ensure compliance with safety and cleaning standards
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control
  • Coordinate with management to address and resolve issues

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and materials
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality service
