We're New Era - one of Australia's fastest-growing commercial and event cleaning companies, servicing hundreds of venues, gyms, and large-scale sites across the country. Hospitality and fitness cleaning is our specialty, with strong roots in high-traffic venues.
We're expanding fast and are now looking for a hands-on Regional Manager in Brisbane to lead our operations and support our growth across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.
The Role:
This isn't a corporate desk job - it's a frontline leadership role. We're after someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, get onsite, and back their team when needed. You'll be in charge of running day-to-day operations across your region, keeping standards high, and making sure both staff and clients are looked after.
The role comes with a work car, fuel card, and big career opportunities as we continue to expand nationally.
You'll be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily cleaning operations across hospitality venues, gyms, and event sites
- Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of cleaners, contractors, and site supervisors
- Conducting site inspections, audits, and ensuring quality standards are met
- Building strong relationships with clients as their main point of contact
- Troubleshooting problems fast when things don't go to plan
- Assisting with quoting, onboarding new sites, and improving processes
About You
We're looking for a practical operator who thrives in a busy, hands-on environment. The right person will have:
- Brisbane-based and ready to travel between sites
- Ambition - you want to take ownership of your region and make it your own
- People skills - you can manage cleaners one minute and present to a client the next
- Resilience - you don't get flustered when things go wrong, you just get them fixed
- Experience in cleaning, hospitality, facilities, or other service industries (preferred but not essential)
- A valid driver's license and willingness to be out in the field most days
