We're looking for an energetic assistant for our national award winning property management team. Our team has an all-in focus on delivering the best service to our clients through honesty and a positive team approach to situations.

We are looking for an applicant who is excited about a career in property management and looking to be in a property manager role within the next 12 to 18 months.

Our company is a boutique agency who focuses on client experience and high level service.

The position offers;

  • Working in a team with eight property managers, leasing agents and admin support team
  • Individual monthly meetings with emphasis on helping your professional growth
  • Positive team environment with mindset and attitude being the main emphasis
  • Office car for appointments
  • Monday to Friday work hours, no Saturdays required
  • Support and guidance from Head of Department and Principal Owners
  • Regular Training from Belle Property head office and at a ground level within the team
  • Modern workspace with open plan
  • Opportunities to start a career in an award winning team

The role includes;

  • Regularly communicating with tenants
  • Preparing reports for tenant entries and exit inspections
  • Managing maintenance requests
  • Coordinating Lease Agreements and Renewals
  • Conducting Routine Inspections

As the successful applicant, you will have:

  • Real Estate Certificate, or ability to start course immediately upon start date
  • Drivers Licence
  • Willingness to learn
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • Confidence in your ability
  • Positive attitude
