We are seeking an Junior Property Manager with an outstandingly positive attitude and the ultimate dedication to customer service.

About the role:

  • Assistance in Managing our Portfolio
  • Excellent Support Structure
  • Dedicated Assistant
  • You will have the use of PropertyMe, Inspect Real Estate, RP Data etc.
  • Grow & maintain relationships with landlords and tenants of each property.
  • Management of the repairs and maintenance for rental properties
  • Arrears management
  • Leasing & lease renewals
  • Entry and exit condition reports
  • Routine & letting inspections
  • Plus day-to-day / general duties

    (No trust accounting involved in this role)
  • Use of Company Car for some out of office activities.

To be considered for this position, you will have:

  • Your Real Estate Certificate
  • Experience in Property Management
  • Great tenure in previous roles
  • Driver's license
  • A love of systems, structure, and processes
  • First class communication and relationship-building skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Strong work ethic
  • Exceptional Customer Service
