This role is all about shaping how cutting-edge technologies like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Cloud are brought to market for some of Australia's biggest enterprise brands.

What's the Opportunity?

This isn't a classic sales gig. You won't be cold-calling or chasing quotas.

This is a pre-sales and GTM strategy role embedded deep inside a consulting business, collaborating with leadership, delivery teams, and channel partners to shape complex, high-impact client solutions.

You'll:
  • Work closely with a senior partner leading global AI strategy.
  • Translate technical solutions into compelling commercial stories.
  • Sit in on early-stage client conversations and co-design enterprise AI offerings.
  • Build pre-sales assets, pitch decks, cost models, and partner narratives.
  • Get early exposure to emerging tech (e.g. LLMs, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake).
Ideal Background
  • You might come from:
  • A technical pre-sales role at a cloud vendor, AI/ML business, or consultancy.
  • A solutions consulting or customer engineering role.
Regardless of title, you'll bring:
  • Experience in AI/ML, cloud, or data platforms (bonus if GCP or OpenAI).
  • Curiosity about emerging tech and how to commercialise it.
  • Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to speak both technical and business.
  • High EQ. This team values humility, clarity, and genuine collaboration.
