Your impactAt The Prince Charles Hospital Foundation, your role isn't just a job; it's an opportunity to contribute to impactful research and patient care programs that transform lives at scale.

As a people-focused organisation, whether it's our supporters, community members, researchers, volunteers, or each other, people are at the heart of everything we do.
The roleWant your digital skills to make a real-world difference?
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in driving our digital presence and delivering meaningful results across fundraising, brand awareness, and community engagement.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing and Community Fundraising Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and optimising digital channels - our website, email marketing, paid and organic social media, and campaign platforms - ensuring they're working hard to support our mission.
This is a hands-on, varied role that would suit a digital all-rounder. You'll manage everything from email journeys to SEO improvements, campaign content to analytics, and website updates to social media performance.
Who are you? You're a well-rounded digital marketer who loves using your skills to make a meaningful impact. With experience across email, social, websites, and paid campaigns, you're confident managing multiple digital channels and turning strategy into action.
You're not just about clicks and conversions - you care about connecting with real people and telling powerful stories that inspire support. Whether it's building a landing page, crafting a donor eDM, or writing copy for a social ad, you approach each task with purpose and precision.
You thrive in a small team where your ideas are valued and your work genuinely matters. You're proactive, adaptable, and comfortable juggling competing priorities - always looking for ways to improve, grow, and deliver great results.
Over the next 12–18 months, the Foundation will embark on exciting digital projects, including a website refresh, multichannel marketing automation, and digital acquisition campaigns. You'll bring confidence as a digital operator, strong project management skills, and experience working with external agencies to deliver smart, effective technical solutions.
