Graphic Designer

12 month fixed term position with the possibility of extension and/or permanency

Lotterywest is uniquely the only Government owned and operated lottery in Australia. We have supported the community for over 90 years with the purpose to operate a responsible and sustainable lottery that leaves an enduring positive impact for WA.

Lotterywest is also the employing agency for Healthway, the only State Government department dedicated to health promotion. For over 30 years, Healthway has funded projects and research to inspire Western Australians to live healthier lives.

Job Profile

The Graphic Designer supports the Marketing function with graphic design services for campaigns, projects, and other key business initiatives. The role has the following areas of focus:

• Artwork design, production, and re-production (digital and print).
• Development of static, digital and animated content.
• Short form Video editing.
• Maintaining brand guidelines.

About you, you have:

• Experience using graphic design software, including Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premier Pro.
• Experience interpreting graphic design briefs, design principles and developing design solutions for various media channels.
• Sound written and verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently deliver clear and concise messages.
• Sound interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks efficiently.
