We are Elgo, a full-service digital agency based in Subiaco, specialising in digital marketing, website design, content development, and social media. We work closely with Perth businesses, helping them tackle their marketing opportunities and empowering them to thrive.

As we continue to grow and work on exciting new projects, we're looking for a passionate
Graphic Designer

to join our talented team on a
contract/casual basis

, with a strong opportunity to transition into a
part-time role

in the near future. If you're ambitious, independent, and have a keen eye for creative thinking, then we'd love to hear from you

The Role

  • Conceptualise and design visually compelling assets including digital campaign graphics, social media content, website assets, brochures, and more.
  • Collaborate with clients and the Elgo team to bring brand personalities to life through engaging visuals.
  • Stay up to date with the latest design trends and implement them in your work.
  • Manage multiple projects from concept to final delivery, balancing creativity with deadlines.
  • Conduct user research and testing where relevant to validate design choices and improve outcomes.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and team members to ensure briefs are met at the highest standard.

About You

  • 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio of past work.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects is a bonus.
  • Confident working with and adapting assets for social media platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality designs.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to balance multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a small, supportive team.
  • Most importantly — you're creative at heart and love what you do.
