About the role

We're seeking a proactive Property & Facilities Management Coordinator to support our Property & Facilities Manager in delivering smooth, efficient operations across our branch network. You'll play a key role in managing lease records, coordinating fleet and facilities administration, and ensuring our properties, vehicles, and forklifts are well maintained and compliant.

What you'll do

  • Maintain property lease and fleet data in Lease Eagle.
  • Track key lease dates, prepare renewal documentation, and assist with market research.
  • Liaise with landlords, suppliers, and contractors to coordinate maintenance and repairs.
  • Support fleet administration—renewals, servicing schedules, inventory checks.
  • Provide high-quality administrative support, reports, and compliance documentation.
