Administration Assistant – Automotive Dealership

Full-Time | On-Site

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Administration Assistant to join the South Morang Motor Group team. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the dealership, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the business.

Key responsibilities

  1. Provide general administrative support, including answering incoming phone calls, managing incoming correspondence, and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
  2. Assist with the processing of invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents
  3. Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required
  4. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and other dealership staff
  5. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail in all tasks
  6. Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the administrative functions within the dealership

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders
  4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  5. A positive and proactive attitude, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  6. Knowledge of automotive dealership processes and procedures would be highly regarded
