Production Manager – Medical Devices

Location: Sydney, NSW

Salary: $140,000–$200,000 + Super

KLS Martin is a global leader in the medical device industry, committed to delivering innovative solutions that enhance patient care. We are currently seeking a Production Manager to join our growing Sydney team. This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving compliance, quality, and efficiency across our production function while supporting regulatory and reimbursement processes.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Oversee the daily operations of the production department

Monitor outputs and implement strategies to minimise downtime

Ensure adherence to QA standards and WHS policies

Manage and develop a growing team (currently 4 staff, expected to expand)

Oversee production scheduling to meet delivery timelines

Prepare, manage, and report on the departmental budget

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

Trade qualification or engineering background with strong mechanical aptitude

Proven experience in production management within an ISO13485 regulated environment

Demonstrated leadership and people management skills

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities

Proficiency in SAP

Willingness to travel to Germany for a 6-week training program

German language skills (highly desirable)
