WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Content Production Lead, you are responsible for.

Content Planning:

  • Align with the daily customer communications plan to anticipate asset needs for paid media and store communications.
  • Stay informed on global media formats and store communication guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Media team and agencies to support paid media, store activities, brand activations, and store openings and projects.

Content coordination – Paid Media:

  • Brief and coordinate media asset needs with the local media agency, regional production hub, and local content/editorial teams.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the media agency regarding ad formats and asset delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with Global Brand Marketing and Business Units to ensure full understanding of paid media campaign requirements.

Content coordination – Store communications:

  • Understand global store communication strategies, guidelines, and placements for printed materials and digital screens.
  • Brief and coordinate POS asset needs with the regional production hub, NCG team, and local content/editorial teams.
  • Communicate POS plans and quantities to the Store Visual team for ordering and execution.
  • Share local digital screen content needs with the regional production team.
  • Gather feedback from stores and the Visual team on in-store communication materials and asset allocation and share insights with relevant stakeholders

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

Reporting into the Marketing & Communications Manager, the Content Production Lead will collaborate closely with various stakeholders across the organization, including the Media team, Visual Function, Merchandising, E-comm, Area Teams, as well as Regional and Global teams. This role manages a team of two including the Content Co-ordinator and Copywriter.

  • An expert in paid media formats and assets across OOH, OLV, Display, Social, Print, and more.
  • Structured, organized, and efficient in managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • A confident communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • A subject matter expert with experience in brand, local area marketing and activations.

We are looking for people with…

  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the areas above.
  • Previous experience in content production within fashion retail and/or a creative agency.
  • A solid understanding of printed formats and in-store communication in retail environments.
  • Strong knowledge of the local media landscape and how media agencies operate.
  • Experience with budget management
  • Experience with managing a team
