We are looking for a Content Lead who will be responsible for empowering our brand teams to deliver exceptional, fit-for-format content within Owned, Earned, Shared & Paid Connections across the full customer journey. This will be done by driving creative excellence thinking, embedding new ways of working, being a master of change, and equipping the Unilever marketing teams with the tools and partners they need to deliver best-in-class asset & content development. We know improving the consumer digital experience will build brand equity and drive sustainable sales growth. This role requires strong partnerships with Marketing, Media, Digital Marketing, Digital Commerce, and Category teams to execute across the complete digital eco-system.

Role Responsibilities:
- Partner with marketing teams as the digital content champion to embed Frontline thinking into ways of working and drive this thinking into the execution of brand plans- Build influencer content creation best practice, and partner with influencers, influencer agency partners and brand teams to ensure engaging, effective and cost-efficient influencer content and partnerships- Operate as Brand PR Excellence lead, managing relationships with PR agencies from a Brand PR perspective to ensure best in class PR output- Land creative excellence by igniting behaviour change with marketing, in the development and deployment of digital assets:
- Develop fit for format creative through the line-
- Embed quality, behavioural, brand impact testing for digital assets-
- Develop local playbooks and benchmarks to ensure optimisation-
- Build a knowledge bank to carry learnings over time-
- Build a network of stakeholders deliver creative excellence across all formats, whether this be ATL, digital content, e-commerce, or performance-
- Partner with brand teams & Digital Shelf manager to define and execute best in class brand content on local omnichannel retailers’ site- Define and lead the digital content masterplan & roadmap including the E2E operational model required to deliver this- Tracking and adoption of global and regional content capabilities including U-Studio regional hub to leverages cross-market insights and learning- Develop and lead capability training with CMI to ensure creative excellence is at the forefront of communications- Champion and share executional excellence and performance

Does this sound like You- Knowledge of digital media, social, influencer and PR content and best practice gained in a leading advertising agency, advertiser, or global digital platform- Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand and articulate customer needs in business and more technical vocabulary, e.g., to convert a Marketer’s request into a stimulating digital content brief- Hands-on experience of asset development and deployment.- Experience working as or with marketing stakeholders/agencies and an understanding of their likely challenges and information requirement- Right Mental Attitude - open communication & willing to get in to do the work- Experienced project manager, particularly in terms of project planning, forecasting demand and managing human resource accordingly- Facilitation and capability building skills. Able to contribute to a significant change programme- Cross-cultural sensitivity and working capability- Organisational change-agent mind-set
