Summary of Role

We're seeking a CRM Specialist & Website Manager to lead the planning, execution and optimisation of customer journeys and always-on digital content. The role is hands-on in writing, editing, and publishing CRM and website content to drive engagement, retention, and conversion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on combining data insights with creative thinking to deliver personalised communications that drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention.

As part of our hybrid team, you'll work 3 days a week in the office, with 2 of those days based at the client's Norwest office and 1 day in our office in Beaconsfield. A car and valid driver's licence are essential for this role, as travelling from the agency's Beaconsfield office to Norwest will be required.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and manage monthly CRM content plans — from newsletters and retail offers to brand stories and product updates.

  • Get to know the content library inside out and use it to create connected, on-brand communications.

  • Write compelling, on-brand copy for CRM journeys and website updates that drive engagement and action.

  • Support end-to-end execution of automated nurture and lifecycle journeys

  • Collaborate with creative, digital and strategy teams to repurpose campaign assets across CRM and web.

  • Maintain and refresh website content — copy, imagery, features and model updates — ensuring it always reflects the latest offers and brand news.

  • Use data to inform content, segmentation and timing, ensuring every send hits the mark.

  • Track, report and recommend improvements to boost CRM performance and website engagement.

  • Ensure all content meets brand standards and compliance requirements.

  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver CRM plans on time, on brand and optimised for performance.

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years' experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital content management.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and CMS tools (Salesforce).
  • Understanding of customer journeys and segmentation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills.
