About You:
You are a competent lawyer who is passionate about providing a positive and memorable customer experience. You may be a sole practitioner, partner in a small firm, or a senior associate and.
You will have:
- A current practising certificate.
- Ambition and strong organisational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and drafting skills.
- Proven experience and success.
- The ability to work autonomously and run your own files.
- Experience working closely with barristers and appearing in Court.
- Proficient computer sills - Outlook, Word and reasonable typing skills.
- Experience using LEAP (not a requirement, but an advantage).
- Experience in any one of the following areas: Migration, Family Law, Commercial or Corporate including Insolvency or Property
- Transferable client list with the desire to quickly achieve annual fees of not less than $200,000

Note: Applicants must be based in Victoria.
