This role will report directly to the **CEO** and **Director of Operations** and will provide executive administrative support to both through a broad variety of administrative tasks. You will serve as the primary point of contact for the Executive team and liaise across the business as necessary.

Role duties and responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to; managing active calendars, completing expense reports, composing and preparing correspondence, compiling various documents, arranging travel plans and itineraries, creating meeting agendas, capturing meeting minutes, generating meeting action items and generally assisting to manage output, workflow and deadlines and getting involved in the development and delivery of strategic projects.

**About You**:

- At least 4 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or similar
- Qualifications in Business Administration or similar
- A confident, strategic and flexible individual
- High degree of accuracy while working under pressure
- Professional in a confidential environment
- Able to understand, communicate and organise priorities
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- A sense of urgency for work priorities
- Advanced MS office suite experience
- Have excellent organisational skills and the strong ability to multi-task
- Able to demonstrate initiative and be proactive with tasks
- Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
