What's the Buzz?

As our BDM, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to revolutionize the healthy beverage market. You'll partner with retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders to expand our footprint and drive sustainable growth. Your role will be pivotal in shaping our strategy and bringing our innovative products to health-conscious consumers everywhere

Your Mission: Shake Things Up

Drive Growth: Identify and seize new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets. Use your expertise to create tailored strategies that resonate with local consumers.

Build Relationships: Forge strong partnerships with retailers and distributors, ensuring TOA's products are front and center in stores and online.

Market Insights: Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies. Your insights will help us stay ahead of the competition

Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations to ensure our offerings are market-ready and align with our brand vision.

Performance Tracking: Monitor commercial performance, ensuring all initiatives are executed on time and within budget. Celebrate successes and learn from challenges

FMCG Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the FMCG sector, particularly in the beverage industry.
