Part-Time Weekend Customer Service

We're seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our Centre Management team as a Customer Experience Representative. As the first point of contact for our diverse visitors, you'll play a crucial role in creating unforgettable experiences for locals and international guests alike.

This is more than just a reception role – you'll be the face of Harbour Town, helping customers navigate our centre, resolving inquiries, managing our Guest Lounge facilities, and ensuring every visitor receives exceptional service.

The successful applicant will have an understanding of office procedures and skills specific to the position, including experience with Word, Excel and Outlook.

Customer Service Excellence

  • Greet and assist customers, anticipating their needs with professionalism and warmth
  • Handle telephone and in-person enquiries, complaints, and requests
  • Welcome tour groups and assist with lost children and lost property
  • Manage mobility equipment loans (strollers, wheelchairs, scooters)
  • Promote centre services, facilities, and current marketing campaigns

Administrative Duties

  • Process gift card sales and troubleshoot redemption issues
  • Maintain centre databases and records
  • Complete opening/closing procedures including banking
  • Monitor contractor sign-in/out and key management

Guest Lounge Management

  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the Guest Lounge
  • Clean and disinfect mobility equipment
  • Manage storage facilities for visitors

This role involves working Thursday nights and weekends on a rotating roster. Flexibility to work additional hours during the week would be desirable but not essential.
