Key Responsibilities


• Conducting Chronic Disease Management Plans and Health Assessments


• Administering Immunisations


• Providing expert Wound Care


• Performing Ear Syringing, ECGs, and Spirometry


• Assisting with Minor Procedures


• Managing Recalls and Cold Chain Vaccine Storage


• Ordering Clinical Stock and Vaccines


• Delivering comprehensive General Practice Support

About You


• Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registration


• Experience in General Practice nursing (highly regarded)


• Familiarity with chronic disease management (advantageous)


• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail


• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities


• Professional presentation and a positive, proactive attitude


• Confident verbal and written communication


• Computer literate and comfortable with clinical software systems
