We are seeking passionate and skilled individuals to join our expanding team and make a real difference in the lives of our participants, Aged Care and DVA Clients. Your Role

As a valued member of our team, you will provide crucial support to participants, enabling independence and wellbeing at home and in the community. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Providing respectful and person-centred personal care.

  • Assisting with and administering medications according to individual care plans.

  • Deliver professional care within your scope of practice while maintaining accurate reports in line with Anchored Care standards.

  • Facilitating social and community access to enhance engagement and reduce isolation.

  • Supporting skill development to build independence and confidence.

  • Undertake meal planning, preparation and other activities of daily living

Who We Are Looking For

  • Enrolled Nurses (EN) with current AHPRA registration.

  • Assistants in Nursing (AIN) with relevant qualifications and experience.

  • PCWs with a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent).

  • Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check

  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates

  • Manual Handling competency (or ability to obtain).

  • Candidates with HLTHPS006 – Assist Clients with Medications unit of competency will be highly regarded.

  • A genuine passion for providing high-quality, person-centred care.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A respectful and empathetic approach to supporting individuals with diverse needs.

  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
