Job Description
About the Role
Reporting to the Joinery Manager, the French Polisher supports the Factory Foreman in the operation and completion of designated joinery projects. This hands-on role involves preparing and finishing high-end timber products to the highest Euroline standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, stain, and polish timber surfaces to achieve premium finishes.
  • Uphold WHS standards through maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area.
  • Work collaboratively with production, project, and design teams to meet deadlines.
  • Communicate clearly to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
  • Report and assist in resolving safety issues or concerns.
  • Participate in defects rectification programs and ensure quality standards are met.

Skills And Experience

  • Proven experience as a French Polisher, preferably within a joinery or furniture manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical skills and attention to detail in finishing and polishing.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and quality-driven.
