Position Description

This role will see you working closely with an experienced senior construction lawyer to interpret, prepare and negotiate contracts throughout the lifecycle of projects. The role provides the opportunity to work across both front-end and the project delivery aspects of the projects. You will have a fantastic mentor.

You will work closely with the various commercial managers, project teams and external legal providers to provide the business with sensible and commercial legal solutions. You will be a highly valued member of team.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have between
4-10 years'
post admission experience in construction law, with a focus on front-end construction law. In addition, you will have:

  • superior written and oral communication skills;
  • a strong ability to build relationships with key stakeholders;
  • an ability to solve challenging intellectual and practical problems; and
  • be driven to deliver results in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
