Overview

Weatherford is one of the largest diversified upstream oilfield service companies in the world. Our products and services span the lifecycle of a well, including drilling, evaluation, completion, production and intervention.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Control Coordinator to to support the successful delivery  oilfield equipment supply projects. This role will be responsible for document control, cost tracking, procurement coordination, and logistics monitoring. The ideal candidate will have experience in project support within the oil & gas or heavy equipment sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage all project documentation in accordance with client and internal standards.
  • Track project costs, monitor budget variances, and assist in financial reporting.
  • Coordinate procurement activities including placing manufacturing orders and tracking supplier performance.
  • Monitor and report on equipment delivery schedules to ensure timely arrivals.
  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support contract administration tasks including tracking deliverables and milestones.
  • Assist in preparing project reports, presentations, and updates for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in project administration, document control, or procurement in an industrial or oil & gas environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
