A Day in the Life:

Content production: work with internal and external stakeholders to create campaign assets, web, social media and print materials.

Digital campaigns and engagement.

Data, insight & reporting: Track performance, create reports and action learnings.

Web & Social Media Management: Direct and manage social media initiatives, crafting content and campaigns that resonate with our audience and amplify our mission. Manage website material to maintain dynamic, accurate and current content.

Stakeholder and Sponsor Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors, ensuring alignment and support for marketing and communications initiatives.

Marketing and fundraising budget management.

Events: work with internal and external stakeholders to design and deliver fundraising events.

What You'll Bring:

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing including strategy development and execution, content management, creative writing, advertising, social media and digital marketing.

Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in marketing, or a related field, and/or equivalent relevant industry experience are required.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Sophisticated communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, working together to amplify our message and mission. The ability to translate complex ideas into compelling messages for a diverse audience.

Technical Expertise: An exceptional eye for design and detail, with proficiency in web development and editing, advanced skills in MS Office, social media management systems and basic graphic design skills.

Ability to manage multiple complex tasks and projects in a systematic, effective way.

Confident working independently and as part of a collaborative, purpose-led team.
