Our well-established Baldivis service is seeking a enthusiastic experienced Educational Leader to join our team

We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia Approach and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families. Role model, coach, mentor and critically reflect with our incredible educators to deliver curriculums and environments that enriches the child's holistic self.

ABOUT THE SERVICE:

  • 82 place service
  • Caters for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 5 rooms and 3 stunning outdoor play areas
  • 3 minute drive off Kwinana freeway
  • Close to local shops, schools, fast food outlets
  • Utilise the Story Park platform, enriching our communication with families about their child's development and fostering a sense of active participation
  • Passionate and dedicated management team to guide you through your career

ABOUT YOU:

  • Hold a Bachelor orDiploma in Early Education
  • A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
  • Available to open and close when required
  • Have knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach
  • Be an excellent communicator
  • Contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and Educators
  • Be a kind and supportive leader to all colleagues
  • Willing to be recognised as the educational leader at the service
