Servite College is an independent Roman Catholic co-educational secondary day school, located in the Perth, Western Australia. The College is operated by the Servite Order and has 1,060 students and 140 staff.

Servite College operates as an independent Order-run school within Catholic Education WA and the Servite College Principal is accountable to the College Council and Order of Servants of Mary (Servites) Provincial Delegate.

The Role of College Principal

The Servite College Principal will provide strategic leadership for educational curriculum and outcomes, encompassing the welfare of students and staff, financial management and community engagement.

Key responsibilities will include developing and implementing school improvement agendas, building a high-performing professional team and fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment.

This role requires expertise in curriculum delivery, resource management and maintaining ethical standards to ensure the overall success and growth of the College.

About You

It is anticipated that Servite College's Principal will be an active, committed Catholic leader with a deep understanding of the Church's teachings, demonstrating significant experience in leadership, holding relevant teaching qualifications and accreditations.

It is expected that you will either be a current Principal with demonstrated success leading a school through growth and impact, or a Deputy Principal with a sound background of achievement and now ready for your next professional step.

Importantly, you will be comfortable championing an actively student-centred school culture, energising student voice, building engagement and enhancing student leadership at all levels.
