Your job is to bring Sienna's voice to life across all platforms, connect meaningfully with our community, and make every post count. From strategy to captions, videography to insights — you'll do it all. If you're creative, strategic, and self-driven, this role is a dream. You'll be responsible for everything social — from strategy and content creation to engagement and insights — and play a key role in shaping how the world sees and connects with Sienna.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Planning, creating and scheduling content for all platforms

  • Shoot and edit high performing and brand relevant Reels, stories, flatlays and BTS content

  • Write captions and maintain a consistent, engaging brand voice

  • Build community via on brand content, comments, DMs and thoughtful outreach

  • Coordinate influencer interviews ) and manage monthly content features

  • Attend occasional events (e.g. Fashion Week )

  • Organise photoshoots for new collections

  • Track performance metrics and regularly report insights, adjusting strategy based on this

  • Work closely with the brand manager and graphic designer to create cohesive content for business growth and positioning

What You Bring

  • Strong content creation skills with a good eye for detail and brand suitable aesthetics

  • A clear understanding of how social media supports marketing, brand growth and sales

  • Confidence with Reels, Canva, Stories, captions and basic editing

  • You have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable on camera

  • Strategic thinking — you understand metrics and how to pivot when needed

  • A self-starter mindset with excellent time management and the ability to work autonomously

  • A collaborative approach — you enjoy working closely with a small team

  • An authentic connection to values like sustainability, creativity and thoughtful beauty

  • Flexibility for occasional after-hours work during key launches or events

  • Knowledge of scheduling tools like Later or Meta Suite

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with beauty, lifestyle or ethical brands

  • An understanding of paid media strategy
