Social Media and Marketing Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Social Media and Marketing Strategist to lead our online presence and growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and understanding of Human Design and Gene Keys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation and conversion through social media and content marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and implement evergreen marketing strategies to scale the business.
  • Create engaging brand awareness through social media and content creation.
  • Organize and promote online workshops, programs, and courses.
  • Maintain the website and ensure smooth operation of all business systems.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience working with Kajabi and Canva.
  • 3+ years experience in a similar role with social media and marketing responsibilities.
  • Experience creating and publishing effective advertisements using Facebook/Meta.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Buzzsprout Podcast platform, ManyChat for Instagram, Zapier, Circle, and BodyGraphChart software.

Travel Requirements:

  • Multiple trips per year for extended periods for job-related events.

Location:

  • Byron Bay, NSW (preferred).

Work Arrangement:

  • Hybrid remote in Byron Bay, NSW.
