We are currently seeking a full-time Food Menu & Design Assistant based at either our Coolangatta or Broadbeach offices. The role is responsible for the accurate documentation of menu specifications in line with customer Airline's requirements, recipe management, ERP implementation & input.


In a nutshell your main responsibilities are:

  • Support, complete and maintain specifications for all customer airlines
  • Ensure accuracy of all data is checked before being uploaded
  • Ensure that all menu planning information is captured, documented and approved by the Culinary Chef Team
  • Deliver and support efficient building of culinary and operations data in the ERP system & drives
  • Upload relevant monthly menu specifications and recipes as outlined per customers
  • Liaise with internal departments including Pricing, Billing and CSM teams
  • Respond to, support and resolve internal issues within the agreed timelines
  • Support and ensure all document logs are accurately maintained and up to date
  • Support and co-ordinate all information from stakeholders to ensure timely completion
  • Be proactive on incoming customer requests and changes for all Airline customers

What do you need to be successful in this role?

  • Proven experience in the same or similar role within a food service organisation
  • Knowledge of food materials and recipe development
  • Self-motivated, ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Ability to work within a team and autonomously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
