**As Food & Beverage attendant: Barista,** your role will include:

- Ensuring all guests receive an exceptional, luxury dining experience
- High volume preparation of coffees, teas and other refreshments to a luxury standard
- Taking guests orders & maximise sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues in a professional manner

**Qualifications** What you will bring to the role**:

- Experience as a Barista - proven ability to produce high quality coffees in a fast paced environment
- Experience adjusting and balancing grinds, working with all varieties of milk and producing basic latte art as a minimum
- Additional experience working as a Food & Beverage Attendant in both buffet and a la carte environments
- Attention to detail including consistency and cleanliness throughout shift
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Availability to work mornings on both weekdays and weekends
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations & food handling best practices
- Able to learn menu items, to connect and share with guests, and create memorable dining experiences
